Hey everybody,

Long story short,

I'm 5'11" 185lbs at the moment. For the past 3 years since i've been in college i let myself balloon up to 230lbs. Anyway, this past august i really started to change my eating and workout habits. For the longest time, i already knew what i needed to do to get it top shape, i just couldn't get off my ass to do it. But here i am, 45lbs later.
At this point, i'm significantly slimmer and stronger than i was a year ago. My question is: I feel that muscle under the fat all over my body, but when will i begin to see noticeable definition? Must i lost another 10-15lbs to cut that bodyfat? I know once the bodyfat lowers alittle more im gonna see muscles that i never realized i had before.
My diet is good: high protein, regulated carbs (I haven't gone Atkins), lots of fruits and vegetables with the daily whey protein shake. I only consume one cheat meal a week (in moderation) on saturday afternoon

any advice will be greatly appreciated, i really like this forum and i see theres plenty of people with intelligence who were in my shoes at some point


by the way- I lift 3 days a week full body, HIIT 3 days a week, rest on mondays
