It's been about 3 years since I've had to cut so I'm a bit unsure about it could you please critique my diet and plan for me?
Stats: Hight: 5.11', Weight: 190, BF 13-14 %
Goal: 10% BF
50g Oatmeal
10g Coconut Chips
1 Medium Banana
350ml semi skimmed milk

100 Cottage Cheese
30g Morrisons Mayo

My workout consists of a 5 day split that works two major muscle groups per session, the free weight take from around 35-50 mins a session and then I'll finish each session with 30 mins of cardio keeping my heart rate between 75-78%.
Is that any good?
