Hello all, i have been cutting for 6 weeks now and i'm down to about 183lbs @13-14% , when i take pics or look in the mirror i appear to have hard muscles and look pretty trim, but my question is why am i still pretty soft in the chest and stomach??? Is this still a matter of reducing my bodyfat or anything else i might be missing??

Still bodyfat I suspect. That's often the last place guys store it.

I would say it's fat. Some guys start getting really ripped at 10-8%, some need to be as low as 6% before EVERYTHING is hard, and for your glutes to have striations I think some people need 3%. You have to find a bodyfat level you are comfortable with.
