I just finished up a 4 month long bulk and I am now starting a cut. I'll be having 3 days with moderate carbs ~160 and then a load day, rinse repeat. My question is the timing of my carb meals. Several things I have read suggest to eat my carbs the first 3 meals of the day. That leaves me in a, what i presume to be, bad spot for post workout nutrition. If I am not getting carbs in my post workout drink/meal won't I experience muscle loss? I typically workout in the evenings around 7-8pm. Would it be best to have my carbs breakfast, post workout, and the meal after that? Thanks for any input.
