I always seem to be eating most of my calories for dinner- at least 50%. I also do my workouts about an hour after dinner, so I'm guessing that helps, but I'd like to try and even out the calories during the day. The problem is, if I do it at work, there's no much of an option for anything protein-rich- everything is just carbs or fat. Any suggestions?

What about some protein shalkes, or an mrp?
Or making food the night before and taking it to work the following day?

If your current plan isn't getting results, try working out in the AM. Also try eating a bigger breakfast. I taper off throughout the day, Big breakfast...small snack...medium lunch...small snack....small dinner. I also try to limit my carb intake after 5pm. some say no carbs after 7 or...you have to find what works for you. To solve the work dilema, I started bringing cans of tuna, or pack a salad w/tuna for snacks/lunch.
