Hi all. I am new member of this forum. But I have reading it for some time now. At the same time as I moved to a new city I decided to start living more healthy.

I have been working out, bulking, for about 4 months now. During the last 2 months I have also been eating good, atleast alot. This is my progress so far.

To the left is before I started training, weighting 148 pounds. The right one is recent and my weight is now 173 and 15.2% body fat. I don't mind about putting on some fat. But do you think I should decrease abit on the calorie intake?

Welcome Kris, and congratulations on being able to add the extra mass. I know how hard that is, as I have a similar body type. Having said that, I think you have added enough weight for now and need to concentrate on weights and adding muscle. It would help to know your height and also your lifting and cardio routine, if you are doing any cardio. Also, how old are you?

Thanks a lot for the comments. I totally agree with you about putting on more muscles now. I am 25 years old and 184 cm (6 feet ½ inch). I am not doing any cardio at all.

My training routine is a 3 day split.
Tuesday - Shoulders, upper back and biceps.
Thursday - Legs, lower back
Saturday - Chest, triceps, abs

In the beginning I just trained the "beach muscles" :) but after doing some reading I added better exercises like squats, deadlifts and chins.

I can improve my diet pretty easily. I am eating a lot of carbohydrates and not enough vegetables (not a big fan of it).

I can see improvement. As Carguy says, with your bodytype, putting muscle on won't be a walk in the park. Improve your diet. Diet is the most important thing. Without the proper diet all your work will be a waste of time and effort. If I were you I would increase calorie intake, add some cardio to your routine and lift as heavy as I could (but not TOO heavy and with proper form to avoid injuries). After all, you're 25 now, and that only happens once. Take advantage of it.

How many calories do you eat per day? How tall are you?
