Okay, I'm not trying to spread any FUD about Nitor or anything (if it seems to go that way I'll delete my post later), so far ALN's fat loss bundle seems great and I've got Results on order, but I've been taking Nitor for a bit over a week and I've started having some extremely low moods, though I'm loathed to call it depression. The only other time I've felt quite like this I was on a different thermogenic a long time ago and I stopped taking that stuff almost right away. I don't want to blame a useful supplement when I'm already feeling low about a good friend at work leaving soon (one of the best people I've ever known, also ran with me a lot late summer and helped me lose ~30 pounds), but I wonder if others have had similar problems while taking a thermogenic. I did ramp up to the full dosage pretty quick...should I just back off a bit? If something like this is typical, does one expect the low moods to level off after a short while?

Nitor should not have any such effect on your mood. Perhaps you have an allergy or reaction to one of the ingredients? If you feel the supplement is causing the problem cease its use immediately. You should also see a doctor about your concerns.
