View Full Version : Pics from my cut using RESULTS!
chris mason February 11th, 2008, 12:24 PM Ok, I promised pics and here they are. I think anyone who has known me over the years and seen my pics and videos will realize this is the leanest I have been in a LONG time.
I lost about 20 lbs of body fat in roughly a month. What blows my mind, and I mean that sincerely, is that I did not lose lean muscle and I actually GAINED strength! I attribute this fact 100% to RESULTS. I also used my usual Thermocin or Nitor, Fish Oil, Creatine 500, and ETS during the period (the only difference from the norm was the addition of RESULTS).

Polski February 11th, 2008, 12:40 PM Lookin Shredded Man and your Lats stick out so much, you got a nice turtle shell :) My diet is similar to John Stone's where I am Carb Cycling every few days or so but I remember him posting in another thread of yours that he wont be using the product because of his current diet. He never expanded on that, could you possibly enlighten me why this product may not be good on a low carb diet? Or maybe it doesnt matter I dont know.
docutech February 11th, 2008, 12:44 PM Dang dude! What a physique :tu: Look at them delts
Results is definitely on my "to get" list.
Great Job Chris!

Thank you!
RESULTS has 80g of dextrose per serving, thus it would not be suitable for someone who is specifically limiting their carb intake unless they consumed it as their sole source of carbs and 80g was a sufficiently low intake.

JoeSchmo February 11th, 2008, 05:48 PM Badass lats man. Brings to mind a vid I saw of you a long time ago doing pullups with some insane amount of weight strapped around your waist (not to mention the 600+ pound deadlifts).
I'm currently trying to cut a little bit of fat myself and strength loss is always a concern....I may have to throw in a tub of RESULTS with my next Nitrean order.
GRCRYSTYK February 11th, 2008, 10:17 PM Killer Lats Chris,..I think you have put together a stand up product there,..

likne932 February 12th, 2008, 12:11 AM Also shared this in the sticky, but I believe it is relevant here too.
Intrigued by the new product and the results Chris experienced, I PM'd him asking if he might be able to share typical diet, training info, when Results was taken compared to his meals and training times, etc over this particular time period. I mentioned that I thought others might be interested as well, and he said feel free to share. I found it insightful to see how Chris combined the new product with several existing ones for this purpose and time frame. Thanks Chris!
Here is what I did:
Breakfast daily:
3 whole eggs fried
6 oz. of orange juice
12-15g of AtLarge's Fish Oil
1 serving of AtLarge's RESULTS + 5g additional Creatine 500
4-6 AtLarge Thermocin capsules
Lunch Daily:
3 scoops of Nitrean mixed in water
Dinner:
This varies from day to day. I eat a small portion dinner totalling roughly 500-800 calories plus 6 oz. of orange juice.
Pre-Bed Daily:
8 capsules of AtLarge's ETS
12-15g of AtLarge's Fish Oil
2 scoops of Nitrean mixed in water
This is the most recent version of my daily routine. I was consuming more calories in the first week or two of the diet.
I do a full body routine on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday with roughly 20 minutes of cardio after each session with the weights. The cardio is of a high intensity level.
I also do one other cardio session per week time permitting.
I also asked when he typically lifted, and also if anything was done differently diet-wise on training days:
I typically train between 12 noon and 3 P.M.
Yes, on training days I would consume 1 serving of Opticen in lieu of my usual Nitrean lunch and I would do so PWO.
JC February 12th, 2008, 08:44 AM Hi Chris,
Incredible. Quite inspiring.
You said that you used Results and Creatine 500 -- why is this? I was under the assumption that after a proper loading period, 5g (which is what Results has) was enough creatine.
Why use both?
I'm very interested in "Results". I'm considering purchasing it quite soon, I only wish we had more reviews.
Thanks!
George February 12th, 2008, 09:02 AM You look fantastic, Chris.

I am just experimenting on a higher dose of creatine with myself.
