I'm having trouble coming up with P+C meal combos that don't involve either brown rice or oats. I can't have those every time, I'll go insane. I know for a fact that my imagination with food is limited.
Any sugestions?

Chop a sweet potato up into "roast potato size" bits, and then bung the bits into an oven dish along with a chicken breast. Coat with a bit olive oil spray, sprinkle garlic on top (and some additional spices on the chicken if you want - lemon pepper works well), and bake for 50 mins at 190-200 degrees. A bit of steamed broccoli goes well with this too.
Another good one that I used on SGX a lot was simply a jacket potato (done in the microwave) with a tin of tuna as filler. You can use a tiny bit of olive oil or some low-fat mayo to improve the taste without ruining your macros. I recommend mixing some chopped cucumber and black pepper with the tuna too.

Turkey breast on whole grain bread is a combination I enjoy. A little mustard and lettuce makes it less bland.
I'd also use extra-lean ground beef and refried beans. Throw some hot-sauce in the mix and it's like eating taco meat without the shell.
Lean ground beef or turkey, egg whites, and a little bit of salsa on a whole wheat tortilla makes a good burrito.

I like meat fresh out of the can with a piece of fruit for P+C :)

Thing is he's doing SGX and should be looking to avoid bread wherever possible. I guess that generally applies to cutting too.

I've decided to move on from SGX now. I'm still cutting a little while longer and am trying to avoid processed foods. So I guess that still applies.

How about some homemade vegetable soup and chicken/turkey? Making the soup yourself gives you the benefit of having control over what goes in it.

My P+C meals require a minimum of 54g of carbs at the moment and that's going to go up as I raise my calorie intake over the next couple of months. Although I add vegetables to my meals, vegetables alone aren't going to provide anywhere near enough carbs.
