has any one herd of this book combat conditioning? any one know what it is and does it work?
the add says the tipical burn fat loose wait and gain strength with only working out minutes a day.
has any one tried it?

Can't say I've heard of it, but after googling it - it just seems like another program using bodyweight exercises. And an expensive one at that!

ive got his combat condotioning videos, my legs felt like they were gonna drop off during the first one, there nothing spectatular.
stick to Chad waterburys programs lol, theres more of em and there free.

I never boutht the book, too expensive, but I did try the Hindu bridging and pushups He makes some fantastic claims about being able to do 25 of them but i think they help vary things up. I prefer dive-bomber pushups myself. I like his emphasis on breathing.
