View Full Version : Sixpack
Craig April 30th, 2004, 12:31 PM After a few PM's about my avatar, I'm sad to say that it's not a pic of me.............................YET ;) but it is my goal.
It's taken from HERE (http://www.sixpacknow.com/thespnprogram.html) which is an excellent website dedicated to the sixpack. There's lots of good FREE advice and tips on there as well as picture galleries to help inspire us all to obtaining that elusive set of abs.

AMR April 30th, 2004, 12:35 PM Your avatar is also my goal. Minus the silly wrist bands and cell phone.
I can sorta see my top two abs now! :D

At least you're seeing abs. I can only see one at the moment, but it's a bloody big one....oh wait....it's not an ab...DAMN
AMR April 30th, 2004, 01:18 PM We'll get there man. We just gotta keep going! :db: :eat: :jumping:
karatetricker April 30th, 2004, 01:19 PM haha, I was about to PM you asking the same thing but decided to check your posts first to see if you posted pics and found this thread.
That dude is jacked! I sure wouldn't mind looking like that... haha
With the right mindset, we'll all be there, or our version of that, soon enough! :tucool:
chicanerous April 30th, 2004, 02:38 PM After viewing the model gallery, I rank this guy as my favourite set of abs: http://www.sixpacknow.com/images/forty23.jpg

Don't think I've seen anyone in that gallery that has abs that I wouldn't want, even the women :D
The guy in the pic of my avatar has the entire physique that I am striving for, and seeing it every time I post gives me great motivation.
niko April 30th, 2004, 03:40 PM Seriously, there used to be a guy that came to my gym that was ripped and huge like this. He said he ate like 10 times a day. His girlfriend also worked out but I never saw her much (a couple times).
The funny thing is he would always bring this drink with him, the stuff was from GNC or some other nutrition place, and it was really super dark, almost black color. I'm assuming it was some sort of carb drink or post workout mix, cause this guy was built.

not to be pessimistic...but I wonder if it is physically possible for a NATURAL bodybuilder to be in that kinda shape. Unless ofcourse u have genetics like superman... :db:
just being realistic.

Sure, the guy in that picture isn't *that* big. I would think one could do it with just protein, it would take quite a while though.

Of course it is. If you combine diet, rest and exercise in a good way it is possible. I believe so anyway.
It still wouldn't be healthy to be too low on the BF% though, even though you're "natural".
Fudgam April 30th, 2004, 08:26 PM In my mind, I kind of view steroids as........ cheating. You cant just take them and get big, you still have to work your ass off. But Im not sure........ :d_confuse
Either way, I plan on always being naural.

I don't think it's impossible at all. 10 years ago when I was into bodybuilding I was heading towards that kinda shape and I wouldn't dream of taking anythin unatural. This time, I'll get there
