Hello all, i'm 1 week away from completing TOTAL BODY TRAINING by Chad Waterbury with great stength results. What type of workout program/splits would be beneficial after this ? Looking for Muscle gain i'm currently at 10% and at a maintenance stage.
Any ideas will be beneficial..

Waterbury himself recommends Waterbury Method and Art of Waterbury for follow ups to TBT. Or maybe his much more recent Maximum Recruitment (http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1726736&cr=) work.
Or you could go and do something like an upper/lower split like Westside for Skinny Bastards. I think that's up to version 3 (http://www.defrancostraining.com/articles/articles.htm) now.

I did his ABBH routine after TBT and it worked great for me.

Waterbury would say that's backwards in his progression. He normally recommends starting with BBB, then ABBH 1&2, then TBT, WM, AoW.
Nothing wrong with ABBH, just the workload is less than TBT.

I have thought about trying this but the constant changing the the weight and reps worries me. I feel like if I don't pick the perfect weight than I will just be cheating my progress and if I'm constantly changing the weight (basked on different reps schemes) and exercises, I feel like it will be hard to get linear gains.
I understand the advantages mixing up the rep schemes and exercises but how does one choose the correct weight everytime so they are working at near failure by the last set?
