Guys, I do the forearm curls and the back reverse barbell curls and I think I'm gaining a lot. But I don't get any responses from the other guys. They all say that you get the forearms with the presses, deadllifts, and other upper body exercises. I'm not sure.

I'm tninking that forearms need some extra help. Am I out'ta space?

If you can fit in some forearm specific exercises, do them. You will be doing the other exercises anyway. :bb:

Squeeze the bars like you're trying to leave dents, and your forearms will grow.
