This may be a dumb question, but is there any detriment to eating more than 6 meals per day? I'm back on a 40/40/20 plan, which worked incredibly well for me the last time I leapt into this fitness program, but this time around, I'm dealing with an intestinal condition (Crohn's) that sometimes makes it hard to complete even the small meals when broken up into 6 per day.
I've found that grazing, essentially eating just about all the time, helps to get me the calories I need and also avoid smaller flares. I'm working on the assumption that this isn't going to hinder a muscle-building/fat-burning program, but if there's any evidence that constant grazing (while keeping my macros/calories on-plan) is detrimental to fitness goals, I may make adjustments.
