Yeah, this is the Kre-Alkalyn creatine, which alot of people swear by, but I've read some stuff that has shown it to be no more effective than plain old monohydrate. In fact, I don't think any of these fancy creatine variations have proven more effective than regular monohydrate. If I were you, I'd just save my money and get monohydrate.

Im monohydrate all the way until these new creatines can prove themselves in 3rd party studies. I researched Kre-Alkalyn and Creatine Ethyl Ester pretty extensively before deciding good ol monohydrate was the best choice.
