Just wondering Im focusing primarily on my dead's at the moment and everytime I go to the gym, theres always beefcakes hugging the free weights area and cant get near the Olympic bars, So Ive decided to do my deads in my house, heres the problem though, I only have an EZ bar (curled bar) which I would use for bicep curls and stuff, will this type of bar work as well than the straight bar (Olympic)?

Whilst Im here could this be applied to Bench also? Yet I figure the wrists might be an issue with the EZ bar whilst benching,

You should not bench with an E-Z curl bar - you knew the answer to this question before you asked it.

I would suggest that you simply ask to use the equipment at the gym. Have you asked them?

Most people will politely move out of the way for you. If not, simply wait a bit and the a**hole will move out of the way.

The vast majority of American garage sales contain mint condition exercise equipment (typically benches and plates) for extremely low prices, and that aren't terribly expensive to begin with. Why not just buy the proper equipment?

I'm not sure if your town has a Play It Again Sports or not, but I would also check there. They have lots of used free weights for moderate prices. Not as cheap as a garage sale, but it's worth a look.

Thanks Guys but im one a very very low budget for gym gear as I fork out enough already for Whey Powder, Ill check local car boot sales, however the guys in my gym are f**king idiots as theyre all polish foreigners, I ask them all the time and they look at me, and wave their arms as they cant understand or they look at their beefcake buddies and start laughing. Im actually quitting the gym thing and setting up in my spare room as its much more cheaper and I get to use anytime i want. But thanks to all you
