Hi,
Does it make sense to take creatine while cutting ? As creatine is taken to increase muscle building (well, I think..), and cutting prevents muscle building, would it have any effect ?

Creatine aids in muscle recovery after lifting, and gives you extra size from the additional water in the muscle. I've known a lot of guys to take creatine while cutting (I am, too).
All in all, I'd recommend it.

It's just fine. I prefer it pre-workout.

I take creatine every day. If you are doing any kind of training, it makes sense to supplement creatine whether cutting, bulking, or maintaining.... Creatine does many positive things for you and your muscles...

Well, Creatine has been forbidden until recently in France, so I'm a bit relunctant at using it in that proportion...
I thought that maybe I could give it a try when I have the chance to start a bulk ...
I'm going to search for Creatine benefits and safetiness, but if you have links, they're welcome.

Creatine has to be one of the most researched supplements out there, and it has tons of benefits beyond even training. It has even been shown to aid in dementia prevention in the elderly IIRC.
IMO, this is one of the real supplements that should be considered by most trainees, whatever their goal.
