I like doing the basic exercises like
back: chinups, dead lifts, dumbell rowing
chest: dips
legs: squats
(a biceps & triceps exercise, too)

- I like hst but I am open for other things
- I can do cardio (running) in the morning

cheers, marcus

Wow, only one post and you have already upgraded your membership! :tucool: That's great!

Now, I really misunderstand your question. Are you looking for a routine that incorporates only the movements you've listed? Any routine is basically going to do the job if the compound multi-joint movements are the main exercises. However, it will be the diet that ultimately decides your cutting success. One thing you might try during a cutting phase, is to gradually reduce rest times between sets every week, while you keep the weights heavy.

I have bookmarked johnŽs monthly photos for a year now and this gives me a lot of motivation. and today I saw the stickys and all the great people he brought togehter here. so I just had to join the forums

Good idea.:tu: There is quite a bit of info there, but you should find everything you need. Figure out what your daily calories should be. Then you can make a meal plan full of healthy foods that get you the right amount of calories per day. :gl:

good advice! In between I did two am outdoor cardio sessions (first time ever). that felt good!
:tucool:

helthy food is not the problem. but I calculated that I need 3.200 kcal per day. that means 2700 for diat. I was eating 1300 per day since the last month. now I am curious if I will lose fat or gain fat when I eat twice of that
