Hey all, so I basically went on a 2.5 week vacation, but stopped goin to the gym a lil before that, we'll call it 3 weeks off, or close to a month. My question is should i jump rite back into my routine? I was on a bulkin routine before that. I also gained 4lbs durin my vacation which im guessin cant be good weight at all. Should i continue the bulk? or go on a like a 1-month cut since those 4lbs (or more) are most likely fat? Im rly noob wen it comes to choosing bulk or cut, thanks in advance.
