Things are going well.
My diet is in order and Mastovers weight training routine is definitely paying off. My body is getting leaner and leaner week by week. I am starting week 4 of Mastovers proposed plan. For almost 4 weeks now I have upped my caloric intake by around 1000 calories daily for a total of about 2600 calories per day. I was very skeptical of this but now that I see the results I am absolutely thrilled. Many thanks to all of you who have helped and given much needed words of encouragement. I would not be able to come this far if it wasn't for JSF and all of it's knowledgeable members!

Tomorrow I will post my past months food intake in my journal for you to critique and see where I can improve. :cool:
