Several vitamins and supplements say that they should be taken on an empty stomach. Is this really necessary for best results and if it is best how long should a person wait before eating? It seems kind of hard to take pills on an empty stomach if I'm eating every 2.5 hours.

Take them first thing in the morning (when your stomach is as empty as possible) and a lot of people take cutters in the morning 30 mins prior to cardio to get that extra fat burn process going on. What kind of supplements were you talkin about anyway?

Animal Cuts is the specific supplement I'm curious about. I've never taken it, but decided to give it a try. There are two sets of pills that are to be taken twice a day on an empty stomach. If I do take it on an empty stomach though that basically means I'm skipping breakfast & lunch.:nono:
