I am really confused. My stronger arm is my right arm and my left is weaker but my left bicep is actually bigger than my right which is what I dont get. How is this possible? I usually use my right arm and its much stronger than my left arm so any help or am I just spasticated?

That's common.

That's common.

If this is usual how can I sort this out? Just lift more weights on one arm than the other?

No, don't favor one arm over another. You will most likely never be exactly symmetrical.

If you want, when doing one arm work, do the smaller size first to put slightly more emphasis on it, but keep using the same reps/weights.

Mine vary from 1/4 to 1/2 inch difference in arms. 1/2 inch difference in quads isn't too unusual for me, either.

I'd bet that you are the only person that notices this. Just keep working them evenly to get the strength to match, but size might never match. My arms are nearly identical in strength, but thanks to my left tricep there is a 1/2" difference between them.

Stop worrying about it and you'll get over it in no time ;)

Doubleoqueso is right, no one but you is likely to ever notice this and even you probably wouldn't notice without a tape measure. My left pec (the weaker side) is bigger then my right (enough so that its noticeable without a tape, and even my gf noticed it) but chances are pretty good that no one else is ever going to notice. If they do..... oh well, I doubt they will care, NO ONE is symetricle.
Although the bigger my chest gets overall, the less I notice the difference. I say just keep lifting and don't worry about it.

PS: this thread inspired me to measure my own arms, which also show a 1/4" difference, favoring the stronger arm.

I have the same problem. One bicep is .5 inch bigger than the other.
