I've been eating good, running every day, and doing my weight lifting. I wont post waht I've been doing, but there are results. This is after two weeks.

Yes, its a different angle, yes I have a tan now, yes the lightings a bit different, but still, there is a difference.

Haha, I knew that one was coming. Nope, I moved back with my parents, and my mother always does laundry, so their fresh :)

I think its muscle memory. I use to workout before, and I stopped for 6 months. but yeah, 2 weeks. So far I noticed some big differences. Running really helps a lot, especially when you do it in th emorning.

I get really bored jogging, so I do what I believe they call the HITT. I run at 8mph for 2 minutes, and walk for 1 minute. I do this for 20 minutes, and get 2 miles a day. If your looking to loose more weight, you might want to do it longer. But after the minutes rest, my heart rate is normally at around 70-75%, so its right there at 80%. When i'm running, I would imagine it gets up to 85-90%.

I think the flash hurt my eyes.. :p

Looking like you've made good progress. Nicely lean with muscle definition. :)
