My new device tell's me, that i have 6% BF. And I never tried to measure his earlier...
I think that 6% is wrong results. What do u think, it's posible?

And what MAX -- MIN results is posible for human? :)

6% essentially means that you have no real visible fat. So if you have ripped looking abs, you may have 6% bf.

Biggest loser had one guy lose over 51% bf which would mean that he had at least 55%bf at some point. I'm sure people who weigh in at 600+lbs have closer to 60-70%bf but I can't verify that.
