End of the cut Sept '06

I decided that I would live my life, with the mentality of being fit for life.

I kept up the training making gains, and upping calories, live life, and try and keep at it.

I think I have succeeded in making healthy eating and eating the correct foods a major part of my lifestyle.

I'm cycling a avg of 30 miles a week to work and back, and still training 3 times a week on bodyweight exercises.

The trigger which started this change of events was when a friend asked me to a push up in Jan '06. I couldn't do one. :o

I'm pleased to say I can now do 35 full push ups in 60 seconds, and my gains on chin ups and pull ups are going strong too.

I feel so much stronger now, everything about my personnal opinon of myself as changed. I feel a man.

Anyhow.

Here are the recent pictures.

Just keep it up really, never fall behind with training or diet.

See where it goes. :tu:

Would like to add some good lean mass over this year, add maybe 6-8lbs. See how it goes. :eat:

Nice Kwack. Even nicer Lid. I have an AVG one that looks very similar.

I would try your hand at a bulk. Change things up and try a new diet and lifting challenge. :)

Well done on your transformation thus far.

Progress Pictures, March 08.

4 weeks into my slow bulk.

I think I have thickened up quite nicely thus far, about 3lbs gained.

Looks like you're bulking very steadily, as the fat you cut isn't even showing up at all, and I can definitely see the extra mass. Great job!
