Is there any such thing as overtraining the transverse abdominus?

Seated abdominal vacuums are so convenient to do at my desk that I'm considering doing them every day. I wouldn't train any other muscle this way, but the TA seems like a different animal.

Also, in addition to doing full vacuums, where you draw your stomach in as close to the spine as possible, does it make sense to partially activate the TA at odd times throughout the day, to help maintain that feeling of tightness? Or is this too much?
