i'm not asking whether i should cut or bulk i just want to know what do you guys say about my BF% ...
i'm skinny-fat :eek: ...
most of the fat actually i feel concentrated in my lower body (especially legs) ...

Agreed, you aren't skinny fat. You can almost see some ab definition in the rightmost picture. My guess is that you are around 13-14% body fat at most. Start careful bulking!

yeah dude you ain't fat. i thought i was skinny fat like you when i was 150 lbs. and i crash dieted like an idiot down to 131. then when i started going to the gym i lost down to 125.
now i'm bulking (i'd recommend you do the same.) so what i'm sayin is....don't try to lose weight like i did.:nono: and bulk.:nod: btw i think your 12-13% bf

I had to double check and make sure I was looking at the right pictures associated with this thread. The word "fat" doesn't belong anywhere near the description of your physique.
It's pretty obvious you're hunching over to create the skinfold effect you highlighted in one of your pictures. Just about anyone can do that, and it sure as hell doesn't make them fat.
I looked up your stats in another thread (16 yrs old, 5'7", 65kg / 143 lbs) where you mentioned you're unsure of the best course of action to improve your physique. You shouldn't be, confused that is.
Concentrate on increasing your lean body mass total and strength, and forget about BF% for now. Learn to lift safely; learn to lift effectively. Have fun.

one more QUESTION plz ... what do you guys think my body type is ??
i guess i'm a combination type of Endo / Mesomorph ... but definetely not ecto ... also when i wrap my fingers around my wrist they touch ... don't overlap ...

Why do you say definitely not ecto? From what I can see from your picture collage, you look pretty damn ecto to me. The encircle your wrist test isn't the end all be all determining factor for being an ecto. And what endomorph characteristics do you see in your body? I'm not sure where you're coming from with that one.
Anyway, I wouldn't get too overly wrapped up in somatypes. Most people are going to be a mixture, sharing body characteristics from more than one classification. Their application to improving your physique can be a hindrance if taken too far.

well i was overweight in the past i was 83KG at the same height ...
most people i see used to tell me i had a broad body that looks like bulky body builders and had broad shoulders
they've always told me that ... and i had big arms naturally (yes i had someflesh) but when i used to flex my arm it looked big and not really flabby ... and i was happy with it LOL xD :')
Now i look like this because i lost alot of weight including LBM!!
i look way smaller than i used to because i lost weight with0ut exercising .... so im sure that\s wut changed my phsique look but can't change my body type of course
also i think i'm not a hard gainer ... if i left healthy food for a while i'd gain weight rapidly as i think ,,,,
AND i don't have long limbs like ectos ... infact i have big leg bone - it's still covered with some fat yes but when i touch and flex
it i feel my leg bones are big compared to my overall now size
Do you think it's gonna be hard to gain lost muscles ? or it's not gonna be as hard as building new muscles not regaining what i've lost back ?
