Hi,
I love to have for breakfast a buttered roll tunya mayo sandwich each morning which fills me till lunch time. Is this good to have with plain water each morning?
Thx.

Have you done a calorie count?
It could be good or it could be bad - depending upon the butter, the bun, and the mayo. It seems to me that the butter, depending upon how much you use, could add a lot of fat (and cholesterol) where it's really not "needed." If it's a normal "bun," then it could have just as many grams carbs as the tuna does protein (1 can tuna has something like 40 gms protein), which by themselves give you over 300 calories.
What's your daily caloric goal?

On one hand it depends on your diet. For me, since I follow a high fat, low carb diet, the butter and mayo is perfectly fine, where the roll is not. The roll is the most suspect item, since if its not homemade or truly a whole wheat roll, than you may be getting alot of sugar, white flour and possibly hydrogenated fats which are a no-no for anyone.
