Hello,

Ive been eating well and I've been doing stationary biking or running for either 20-30 mins at the same pace. I've heard so much about HIIT and how difficult it can be. I was hopiong to get some advice on gettin started in HIIT. Is there a site to direct me on how to get started? I heard people start off doing 15 mins of it. I would like to get some full details on this type of workout.

I'm currently workin on this fat burning routine. Thanks.

Near the bottom of the page John lists some of his HIIT routines. If you want more info just type "HIIT cardio" into Google. There is plenty of info available out there.

I got lazy and didn't feel like adding the titles to each one but I did for the first one. This is a jump roping workout. By sprinting it means to jump rope for as long as you can for up to 20 seconds.

This is just one example of what you can do.

Do you lift, too? That's an important part of a fat burning plan.
