I have read about Vacuum exercises for Abs on a couple of web sites.
Slightly confused here.
I figure that you should completley empty your lungs, and then pull stomach in as if you are trying to touch your back bone.
Ok I read that you should fully expand your chest, is that with air or just pushing your chest out, and should I be holding my breath if I am expanding the lungs or if my lungs are empty should I withold from breathing throughout the rep or shallow breaths.. I hope this makes sense.
