I use to be really overweight, probably obese but not morbid obese.
Winter (Jan/Feb) 2006 - 5'10'' and 250 - 260 lbs.
I need to find some old photos and scan them (use to be photo shy)
I didn't know much about diet or exercising. I cut out junk food, 3 meals per a day and more cardio then weights.
October 2006 - 5'10'' 180lbs
I began to eat 6 meals a day, lifted more weights and did the same amount of cardio.

Ok I dropped down to 150lbs, too frail for my frame. I began a real heavy lifting regime. I ate clean majority of times except for finals (the old stress habits still in me)

I maintained as much as possible to my goal of 165lbs. I think there's still some ways to go but it's progress.
My lower abdominal/back sucks, but that's life.
I use to be the fat kid they teased in school. I met up with some old high school friends/acquaintances, hard to recognize me now compared to high school.

6 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
Spinach
Some Form of Fat
Meal 2-4
4-6 oz Chicken Breast
Vegetable (Green Beans, Broccoli, Romaine Lettuce, Ong-Choy aka Water Spinach)
Some Form of Fat
Meal 5 - Post WO Shake
Meal 6
8 Egg Whites or 6 oz CB
Some form of low glycemic carbs (oatmeal, cubans beans and brown rice, yams, potatoes)
I train 4-5 days a week. I try to do the compound movements first and the isolated movements last.
Mon - Chest
Tues - Legs
Wed - Back
Thurs - Rest
Fri - Arms
Sat - Shoulders
Sun - Rest

A lot of these pictures are taken in the morning except for the most recent. I wear glasses when I just wake up. Then I wear contacts and with hair, I look very different in the first photo.
synthetic54 January 16th, 2008, 02:30 AM I think I've maintained to a good weight. If people think I should bulk or cut, I'm free to suggestions.
