View Full Version : Kaizen - progress photo's
Shamie January 1st, 2008, 09:03 PM I started on this road 12/31/04. That was my New Years Resolution for 2005. I am posting photo's at the start 12/31/04 (246.50 lbs), 12/31/05 (206.50 lbs); 12/30/06 (199.50 lbs); 12/29/07 (186lbs). I am 5'10.50".
For anyone who made fitness / weight loss your resolution for 2008, this site was and is an invaluble tool for me. Reading other people's threads, and the daily update by John Stone himself, continues to educate and motivate me. The daily update on my own thread in the journal section helps keep me focused on nutrition and fitness.
I don't have Photoshop software, so I don't know how these photo's will display. I wanted to shrink them more, but I don't have much experience with resizing. The size that I finally got them to will have to suffice. I hope you can tell the date sequence of the photo's by looking at them, but in case I am incorrect in that assumption, the 2004 & 2005 photo's are in the brown shorts, the 2006 are the blue boxers, and the 2007 photo's are the striped boxers.
Three years is a long time, but now I look at fitness / nutrition as a life long journey, not a short term project. I hope anyone who made fitness / weightloss their New Years Resolution, can look at these photo's, and see that success can be accomplished.

Thanks Kilter,
Actually, I have you to thank for being able to post my photo's. You once gave me instructions how to block out my face from the photo's. Since I don't want photo's of myself floating on the internet, I wouldn't have been able to post them without your help. I remember this, since I had to look up that old post, since I forgot how to block out my face when I went to post these current photos. Thanks for your kind words.
