Can anyone take a stab as to what percentage my body fat is from the before and after picture? Any help would be appreciated.

**Edit** My before weight was 206 lbs and the current weight is 175 lbs.

I purchased the Fast Track Gold Electronic Calipers with the Myo tape a few days ago and will have a more accurate reading when I receive them.

I'm pretty terrible at this but it looks like you're in the low teens now and were well over 20% before.
Regardless, congrats on the progress and keep it going! :tu:

I don't estimate BF well but i agree with George. Well done! It looks like you burned mostly all fat. :tu:

You've done a great job. How long did it take you? I would say you are around the low to mid teens now as well.

There is no need to aorry about bodyfat numbers as they fluctuate depending on the person administering caliper test let alone people estimating from pictures. If you really are obsessed get a DEXA scan or weighed underwater.

All that matters is that you are happy with the way you look. Great progress, keep up the hard work.

Oh for sure!

I sort of wanted to get an idea from the pro's here on the forum. I input the BF data into a daily spreadsheet. My calipers should be here this week so that will be nice.
