At least that's the plan :). Well first I'll give a little background of myself. I'm Kris, I'm 17 and I'm from Scotland. When I was 13 until I was 16 I used to play rugby alot. Although I was never ripped or anything like that, I was still in very good shape. However once our team folded I stopped playing and things went downhill from there. It's been nearly 2 years since then, and although I wouldn't say I'm in horrible shape, some work needs to be done.
My biggest weakness whenever it comes to trying to improve my lifestyle is always nutrition. It gets me everytime. However with doing constant reading on these forums I feel I can really change myself. So here I am, making this thread to hold myself accountable. I'll try to not make each post long-winded so it becomes something enjoyable to read.

Thanks for the support guys. Well today was okay, I tried to eat as little bread as possible, as I seemed to be eating quite alot of it. Today my meals were:
Meal 1 - Two whole eggs
Meal 2 - Chicken salad
Meal 3 - 75g brown rice and chicken(total chicken breast was 126g)
Meal 4 - 20g peanut butter on 1 slice brown bread
Meal 5 - 70g Tuna salad
It still feels like I'm not eating enough calories, even to lose weight. I'm trying to think of ways to beef up the calories, maybe include oats of some variety into my breakfast. This was also my first time ever eating tuna. It tasted..... wierd. Not a bad wierd or anything, I'm probably just unused to it. I'm sure it will grow on me with time. No excercise today, though I did go out shopping with my dad. Made him pick up more veggies which is always good. But yeah, at the moment I'm taking the days as they come, trying my hardest to make the right choice.

Well actually woke up fairly early for once, feeling quite refreshed. Still got a bad aftertaste from that tuna last night, but I'll perservere and try it again tonight. If I don't like it I'll look into something else like salmon. Well breakfast isn't going to cook itself, so better get going.

Well thats Christmas over with, I went a bit off the rails, but not too badly I think. Need to get all this tempting chocolate away. But time to try my hardest!
