Hello JSF members my names James & Ive been reading the forum for a good few years now, I have been researching Nutrition/Fat Loss since I was about 16. Also got qualified as a Personal Trainer last year so I wouldn't say im new to the game but I believe you never can stop learning so here I am;) more to the point my It started as a challenge to myself. If I took all the knowledge I had about weight gain and put it to work all at once, how much weight could I add to myself in one week?
