I started making dramatic changes in June of this year. I have posted my pics. I made some great improvements considering I had never lifted a weight in my life. These pictures range like 4-6 weeks. I am starting again today. I have cleaned the appetite and relogged on to nutridiary so I can keep on track. We went to the grocery last night and I purchased my cottage cheese, brocoli, chicken breast, and kashi cereal to keep me on track. Harder to eat shit when it is not in your house. I plan on posting here regularly to keep my motivation going. I am going on a cruise the first week in march and I have to get back on track and get a better sun bathing body by then. I will post links to my nutridiary account and my workouts as I go along. All comments are GREATLY APPRECIATED! I look forward to getting to know you guys!

Did really well with my diet yesterday. Ended with 40/40/20 and about 1800 cal. My only fault was the sugar free fat free jello instant pudding that I love but it was included in that 1800 considering it only has like 20 cal a serving. Will be hitting the gym hard tomorrow morning to push myself back on track.
