Hi Nova :)
I'm glad you took pictures, because right now I'm picturing you 3, 6, and even 12+ months from today comparing new pictures to these. Let's think about it, you're sitting there with new pics on your computer, and you're comparing your new arms, chest, back, and shoulders to the bodyparts in the pics you posted today, and you're excited because it looks like two totally different people.
It can happen. I promise. :)
What I think your next step should be is putting together a solid and intense weightlifting program that focuses primarily (not only, but primarily) on basic, heavy, compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench press, dips, rows, etc.). We can do this two different ways:
1) Post your current training routine, in as much detail as possible, right here (or in a new thread), and we'll help you modify and tweak it. Or...
2) Start over with a new routine. Here is one I throw out often that I feel is very good: http://www.defrancostraining.com/articles/archive/articles_westside.htm (this isn't the only routine out there - there are many others that are good - but this one is one of my favorites).
We will also need to put some focus on your diet. I know that you are in school so you have some roadblocks in terms of classes and extra curricular activities (sports, homework, whatever), but it can be done. Search through the threads I have started because I made a thread with tips for teens in high school on eating. I would suggest you also post your diet in detail here if possible, because we'd be glad to help you with it.
So, those are my suggestions. I really think you can dramatically change your physique and make it look completely different, but you are going to have to put in some work. We're here to help you though, so don't be afraid to ask questions. :)
It looks like you have a great base to work from, and even without much experience or strict dieting/training you've already made some progress. I imagine you could really surprise yourself (and others!) in a few months and end up looking incredible.

When you do get a camera, try to set it up straight in front of you at stomach or chest level so that your pictures are as "straight on" as possible. Also try to maintain consistent lighting for progress comparisons (Ideally without a flash in a room with lots of natural light coming from the side.) For comparison sake, you'll probably want a few basic poses that don't change; take a look at John's shots for examples. I always like to see front relaxed, back relaxed, and a back double biceps pose. From those three, it's usually easier to see changes, and you'll be glad you took the photos of evidence of what you once looked like.
You can already see the positive changes you've made; it will be so exciting to keep seeing even more progress. :D
It's important that you look into balancing out your weight training routine so that you're not favoring one or two muscles over any others. Some members here make the mistake of neglecting legs, or not working their back often enough. With a good schedule, you can guarantee you'll look balanced and solid; not out of proportion.
1FastGTX has some fantastic suggestions, as always. Read through them carefully, and follow as many of the steps as you can.

For motivation I suggest "Burn the Fat, Feed the muscle" by Tom Venuto, the first chapter was killer for me, it helped me realize my true goals - what I REALLY wanted and how I was to achieve it.
It was all about goal setting and how to go about it. Just my five cents...

Very nice progress... Your Arms and chest are doing great...
However, do you want some advice? or are you just showing off? ;-)
I think you need to work on your back and shoulders. I would definitely make that your priority. Don't forget that other people see you from every angle, even though you only see yourself from the front when looking in the mirror! :-)
Recommendations:
Wide Grip pulldowns (and be sure to let the bar back up very slowly)
Sitting Rows
Bent over laterals (for your rear shoulders)
Shrugs (for your traps)
Military Press (for your side shoulders)
You are doing everything right by way of your arms and chest. Keep eating and working out hard... I think all you need to do is add some back and shoulder work and you will start looking diesel. :)
