I'll make this brief:

Height: 5'10"
Starting Weight: 287 (with a maximum of 300)
Current Weight: 197
Age: 20

Ok, so I've lost quite a bit of weight, and I'm happy with my progress so far. However, I'm noticing that I've lost some muscle and generally feel 'weaker.'

So, its winter, I have a month off of school, and I'm wondering if I should try to put on some muscle or just keep pushing away with losing weight. If the answer is to wait, at about what weight would you suggest I start bulking?

And of course, the obligatory pictures:

Well done, that's awesome. Keep cutting IMO. Keep up the good work! :tucool:

Oh, and there is no certain weight at which you should start bulking, it's more to do with bodyfat. Somewhere between 8-12% bodyfat would be the time to start bulking, but it depends on how you feel and look.

Awesome work !!! Keep cutting, keep cutting, keep cutting. Your on a role.

I would suggest if you are feeling weak, maybe add a few calories. Clean of course. Maybe post up your diet and we can see what could be the cause of that.
