Last time I checked I was 5"8 168 lbs. Name is Andrew... coming from both sides of my family I have an atheletic build. Always been able to bulk up quick and even for the long time i have not worked out I still kept some bulk in my arms... but now its all going to change.. time to put the muscles to use and see what i can acheive... Been gaining weight on my waist and determined to trim it down.. I promised myself that I will see what my capabilities and not slack on one rep. when i was in 8th grade i was maxing out at 165 bench and was on a even schedule all through out the summer lifting well over my age... but then I got injured in football and just seemed to lose my routine.. now as a freshman in college at age 19 im determined that its not too late.. so im going guestimate that Nov. 20th is the best day to consider my begenning even though i did about 4 intense workouts before that.. it was all scatterd... so here are some pictures and I will place my workout schedule soon...
This is mid summer

Pictures as of Febuary 27... I have continued my workouts ritually... every weekday and once and a while saturdays. I have for the most part watched what I eat.. Because im young i dont limit my food all the time.. as for protein I make sure i consume enough through shakes and bars. my pre workout has been nitrobolic and as of march 4th i started with a cycle of nano vapor which has given me an unbelievable pump yesterday and today... I love it. I will be working on my cardio, core and legs even more than i have right now. My bench max has gone up 80lbs since i started working out and I am able to bench my weight at least 10 times (I am 170-175lbs) and i can rep 150 10x10. I wasnt able to do any true pullups when i started now i am able to do a pyramid down from 10 for a total of 55 without too much stress. My focus has been switching up my workouts every 2 to 3 weeks in order to get over certain peaks.. I have been also attacking my back and arms where i have seen great improvement.. this past month i have started attcking my core a bunch with slant holds and different situps ect... I am just now diciplining myself to get more cardio and more leg workouts... But as for now im doing fantastic and very motivated!

i have gotten a lot stronger. been killing the core workouts. doing a lot of hi reps and then switching to heavy weights. its funny because i still weigh the same around 165ish but im keeping all the weight in muscle. I have bulked up a lot in all the right areas. I dont want to get super massive because im looking at basic training in febuary... unfortunatly i think i will lose muscle there because i will be mal nurshed and deprived of sleep.. but i will lose more fat maybe tone better...

What happened to college? Have you temporarily dropped out of school to go into the military?

actully doing both... been going to a community college and it doesnt have the caliber i want for my major... with the crazy costs of college i wanted to find the best way to approach it.. Air National Guard pays 100% of state sponsored schools, pays a gibill and kicker for 36 months of school which is $667.00 right now and is going up next year....they also have a bonus of 20,000... so all in all i make it out like a bandit... i will serve 2 days a month at drill, looking at only 3-4 month depolments which are usally relaxed (2-3 during my term) keep in mind deploments are generous pay. soo all in all
$20,000 bonus
100% tuition
21 weeks tec school pay
8 1/2 weeks basic pay
deployment pay
gi-bill and kicker 36 months
Retirement
it really gives you a great head start.. lol pm me if anyone is interested in this program.
but yea thanks for asking. I will be enrolled in college full time next year at a dream school.
this leads me to my next qestion.... what should i do untill febuary? i really want to gain some reasonable mass but stay lean and strong.. I want a strong core but not tooo big that i cant run well haha... basically i want to be a fitness machine... should i take more of a ufc fighter style workout routine? powerful but agile? thanks again for all your support!!!!!!
