I'm going to start writing journal as of today (11.29.07)
I gained 40 pounds rapidly for the past 7 months. I used to weigh 125 pounds with 18% BF or less. I have no clue what I need to do with the maximum weight I've ever had in my life so far. I feel uncomfortable and heavy with my body and hate my tummy fat. And you know what? I'm going to lose them for my own good. :bb:

It's been 11 Days since I started the meal/workout plan. The small details are below:

11/19/07 START Weight : 162.4lbs
(30mins cardio PM) - ate a little amount, thought I'd just sleep in starvation as I didn't know what to do with the meal plan.

11/20/07
(30mins cardio AM, 1hr Cardio with W.T -PM) - no wonder I messed up with junky food later on with big craving.

11/24/07 - 160.4lbs -
(50mins Cardio AM, 1hr W.T PM)

11/28/07

I guess it's not easy for a newbie to find the perfect meal plan and go for it for a long run. I've been trying this and that, then some bad news happened last week. I ate tons of carbs, with such a depression, but I'm back on the plan now. From now on, I'm going to try my best not to have any kind of happening to disturb my diet.

Well, It's pretty difficult to find a right plan for me, calorie deficit seemed to be working for me. But I don't know, yet. All that macro, blah blah all the diets,.,. Hopefully by the time when I read my journal later, later, later on, I'd have found something right for me. .

I'm having a difficulty with only 'meal' plan. When it comes to workout, I love every single bit of it. : ) I've done excercise for 4 years. But meal plan.. I'm not sure what kind is the best for me. :( hope I can find the best solution by the end of this journal. ;) Thanks

I didn't know spaghetti sauce had so much carbs. (it was made of ground beef, tomato sauce, tomato, onion, basil, but where did the carb come from?) I might have to extend a couple of days more to go through metabolism shift. ;x

Tomatoes have some sugars. And although they are natural sugars... they are sugars.
Did you make that sauce? Look at the labels. Store bought brands prepared tomatoe sauces have added sugar as well.
I usually buy either tomatoe paste (concentrated) or plain ground tomatoes and make my own sauce.
On no carbs days (less then 50 grams carbs total) I stick to green veggies (green beans, broccoli etc)

Thanks for the great info, Maya. The sauce was made from this cafeteria where I work. I'll try to stick to green veggies from now on. I was just tired of eating same veggies. :x

12/15/07 Off Day! ; )
I was forced to eat some fruits today. I don't know where my diet is going. I'm going to figure out what would be the right and perfect diet for me to stick to this weekend. ; )
