Well, My mom showed me that picture when I was visiting her and my pops for Thanksgiving. I couldn't believe it myself!! So I had to get it to post on here and show my co-workers as they have only known the knew me and didnt believe that I was once rather large.

A few people I run into that havent seen me in yrs do a double take and say "you look familiar to me, do I know you"?

HAHA kind of cool ya know!

That is truly amazing! I have to agree though, that there's no way that's only a 60 lb loss!

What's your height? Are you sure you're only 260 in that pic?

Hmm maybe I was a little bit fatter than 260lbs..I refused to get on a scale for weeks after I seen that shocking 260lb #.

I remember my turning point was when I got on the scale and it read 260lbs. It wasn't long after that I decided to do something about it! I was so vigilant and hell bent to get back into shape that the 1st month I shredded almost 30lbs!!!

I'm right at 6ft and my weight can go from 195lbs-205lbs depending on the supplements im taking.

In my after pics I think I was around 205ish which all are recent within the last few weeks.

Wow. I asked your height because I'm 6' 1.5" and was at 260 at my highest. Maybe you just carry a lot more weight in your face than I do, because I know (checked photographic evidence) that I didn't look that heavy at 260. That's why I suspected you were higher than that.

Outstanding work!

Excellent transformation! Can you tell us more about it? Time frame, diet, exercise and such?

Thanks,

Eric

Well I started back in early 2003 - I didnt have any type of diet plan persay I just started making better eating choices and exercising.

In the last 2yrs I got more serious with the exercise and I go to the gym normally 7 days a week alternating daily and cardio after lifting for 25 minutes or more.

I still am not on any type of diet but I do eat as healthy as I can with the exception of weekends.

I drink protine shakes after each workout and also drink some sort of energy drink while working out such as redline or something from ABB. I have to switch up the energy drink they get old after a while

I think for me the biggest problem was all the boose and that killed me with the weight.

I will be looking into a more structured diet here in the near future!!:D

Just flicking through JSF looking for inspiration and I cam across this. I am going to turn to this every day and see what someone can do when they put there mind to it. I feel I will go so much harder in the gym after a peak at this. Well done and I also see in the first pick that you have a female sitting next to you and you must have given her a present is this your girlfriend or wife and what does she think about this.

Actually that is my ex fiance - I started this new way of life after she booted me back in late 2002(with good reason on her behalf) - Since then I haven't touched a drop of booze which I think was one of my major culprits!!
In about 2003 I dated a girl who moved here from Germany about 6yrs prior and she wanted me to give up my gym nights to spend more time with her. Needless to say I have been single for about 2yrs now haha!:spaz:
I have turned the gym into my daily high and I think that is the biggest aspect of any success I have had.:bb:
