Here are some before and after pics. The 1st 2 are from 2000 when I was at my heaviest, 240lbs. The last 3 are from the last 6 months or so, 180ish.

Very impressive mate. I hope to be able to lose as much body fat as you have. It just shows what you can do when you put your mind to it.

So what are you doing now? Are you maintaining that weight or are you trying to bulk up a bit? Or even lose more body fat?

This may sound wierd, but how did you add so much volume to your hair. In the old pictureit looks really flat and in the new ones it looks really voluminous.

Thanks alot guys! :)

I am at 10.5% or so and can see a few stomach muscles coming through. I am going to try and continue my cutting phase until 9%

What'd you do to lose it all?
I initially did Atkins to lose the weight and continued on it to maintain for another 2 years. Once I seriously started lifting, I switched to a more balanced 40/40/20.

This may sound wierd, but how did you add so much volume to your hair. In the old pictureit looks really flat and in the new ones it looks really voluminous.

The newer pictures were taken after an intense workout, so I attribute the volume to "the pump" lol. :D Actually if you really want to know, it is several inches longer now and I use volumizing gel.

Thanks again guys. I admit I was a little nervous posting them up there, lol.
