ok well i've been going the gym for about 2 and 3/4 years made some ok gains and im going well,

I've decided to take it a bit more serious, i recently crashed my car (no one was injured) but i might be getting charged with drink driving because there was drink in my system (even though i was;nt drunk) but urine sample will prob have a higher alcohol concentration over the leagal limit,

I'll porbaly be cycling all the time now (well for 6months anyway) so this will be a good start because i've pretty much neglected my cardio so far,

I hurt my wrist in the accident so im just doing squats and other leg excerises for the time being,

Im going to take it alot more serious and cut down on drinking just to one night a week (as opposed to drinking twice at the weekend)

during the next two weeks im going to do up a porper program that will work for me and stick to it and make it pretty intense and also make an extra effort with my diet,

Im 6f2" and about 186pounds and about 17% bodyfat

Im going to try lower my bodyfat (this is where the cycling comes in) and try to add more muscle mass,

My wrist should be healed in about 2 weeks (this will give me time to prefect my program) then its hammer time ha.

i'll try get some pictures up so then i can compare in about 6 weeks.
