Again thanks for the great information on this site.

Started cleaning up my Diet and exercise program 3 months ago. Just thought I'd drop you all a line to let you know I'm still going.

I'm really enjoying the exercise and find the jogging very relaxing. I'm doing 3 days cardio / 3 days weight training.

I've managed to loose about 13kg / 30lb in the 3 months. I'm in no hurry to get results as i know its going to take time. I'm really enjoying the new lifestyle and eating plan. Anyway here are some pictures, thanks again. :)
