Hello evryone, I'm 18 years old and I'm from Québec city in Canada. I've always been a very active person (played hockey in high levels, lots of trainning, tennis, soccer) and i have fat that i have hard time to loose.

I actually use sub-q to burn fat. It is effective but i know my diet isn't apropriated. So here's what i'd like from you: My weight is 170 lbs, I'm 5.9' and I'm 18 years old. I would really apreciate that someone tries to make me a diet. I know it sounds spoiled but i read the guide to loose fat and with all the oz of meet or whatever and since I'm french this sounds like chinese to me. Something like: 3 eggs, 1 steak and not like; 3 pm: snack. If you get what i mean. I only need 1 day...I don't care to always eat the same things I know i can handle it.

Thanks for whoever reply me!
Have a nice day!

People don't like to make plans for people, because different things work for different people.

But if you post what you eat right now, people will help you to improve it. (It would be very helpful if you could also use the formulae in the stickies to calculate your BMR and TDEE)

I really don't see that you have a lot of fat to lose if you're 5'9" and 170 pounds. What do you want to weigh?

5 oz of chicken is one serving. It is how much it weighs.

Will you measure your food? Or you want just approximately?

ok...when i calculate evrything i get to 2822.5 calories to maintain my weight.

My diet is simple...I've been told to eat the most possible proteins. For breakfast this morning i ate some yogurt(dunno if thats how its spelled) for snack i ate an Hop and Go, for diner i took a chicken submarine with a monster energy drink, i just took a sandwich bologne with chicken and cheese, tonight it will probably be soup and a sandwich again. When i get back from trainning or hockey i usualy take meat rests in the fridge.

My body fat was 17% but its been 1 1/2 month since i took it and i see some changes. However i only lost about 1 or 2 pounds.

What i read on this site that too much proteins was bad scared me so i had to know what to eat.

This is a typical day for me. I hope you can adjust me :)

To calculate it will be kinda hard because my mom is always the one cooking. I already talked to her about full prots and it took time for her to buy more meat. Thats why i need a good exemple so i can tell her what to buy ect...

Different people think different amounts of protein are safe. The amount you eat sounds fine.

Hop and Go is not good. It's mostly sugar. Bologna is not very good either, because it has a lot of saturated fat and sodium (salt). I'm not sure if you need the energy drink. Is that right before your workout?

Here's one suggestion, but I hope others can suggest too. This is not a perfect plan, but it will give you a start

Meal 1 (breakfast)
oatmeal, egg whites, yogurt, orange
Meal 2 (snack)
cottage cheese and almonds
Meal 3
chicken with romaine lettuce or spinach
OR
chicken on a 100% whole wheat roll with romaine lettuce and tomato
Meal 4 (snack)
soup - at least a whole can. Vegetable beef or minestrone are usually good choices.
Meal 5
chicken breast with broccoli and sweet potato (yam)
OR
fish with green beans and brown rice
OR
pork tenderloin with cauliflower and barley

You will need to adjust quantities to get the amount of calories right. Chicken breast and pork tenderloin are easy to cook ahead of time and keep in the fridge or freezer until you need them.

When i get back from trainning or hockey i usualy take meat rests in the fridge.I'm not sure what you mean. It's popular for people to drink a protein shake at this time, which would help with your muscle recovery.

Hopefully someone else will offer you some different or better suggestions for a meal plan. :gl:
