Hi guys and girls

I stumbled upon this site the other day and its blown me
away. FANTASTIC! I have been living a relatively clean life for about 6 months. It's been great, feeling the best i have in ages. I am looking to get a little bigger, would be great to gain about 2-5kg in muscle. Im not a total nazi when it comes to my diet, try to hit 1g or protien for every pound of mass and no carbs after 6pm.

Currently i hit the gym 3-4days a week and have an outdoot sesh involving a 4km job(12kmphr), various amounts of push ups,
pull ups and crunches. I do this for fun and love every bit of it. I would like to increase my lower back strength and have been doing so using dead lifts and squats. Below are some pics(pardon the
hair and the poor camera quality), go at it but be easy, i am looking
for advice and am willing to learn.

Welcome to the forums Danny.

Sounds like you're headed in the right direction if you're looking for additional lean mass gains. Diet in the form of intelligent calorie surplus and progressive overload with heavy compound exercises is the right path to follow.

Do you workout in the morning? I'm asking because of your no carbs after 6pm rule.

You already have an impressive physique. Nice work. :tu:

sup goonie,
yep mostly workout durring the day, except when i go for a run down at the beach, nothing beats working out in the outdoors.
Then i will break my no carbs after 6pm rule.
