Hi guys!

Just found the following pic. Absolutely brilliant. A friend of mine ordered the Craig workout to his personal trainer Simon Waterson.

I still don't understand how he could bulk up so much in 3 month and still get a ripped midsection. Any guess on his body fat percentage?

Perhaps muscle memory. It's amazing how fast you can grow if you've been there before. Or perhaps not.

I'd imagine lots of people could achieve the same if you had $$$$ behind you and your only focus day in day out was preping for a movie worth millions ;)

Also, rofl @ his legs.

His physique is highly obtainable, especially because of what the above post pointed out.

He doesn't really look "bulked up" to me. He looks like a guy with a little bit of muscle with fairly low bf. If you've already got some muscle, a decent cutting plan would get you to a comparable physique (albeit with your own particular features and shape).

i disagree with what's been said. Daniel Craig's physique was remarkable in this 007 movie. That picture doesn't even do him justice. You should watch the movie again. He's clearly spent tons of time at the gym and paid careful attn to his diet. I'm sure if you search online you can find his regimen.

Are those legs all they could be?

Yeah, I didn't see the movie. I'm just going by the pic.

Not by a long shot. I think I saw meatier legs on the dinner table at Thanksgiving.

I have his regimen finally, bought him from his personal trainer.
Quite interesting stuff indeed... Tried the routine on Friday, was hard to finish it, it's high intensity stuff.

Hanging around these boards has made this look less impressive to me. It's not bad, but there are several people that look more in shape around here.

And body fat isn't even tremendously low. But then again, that fits with Bond's lifestyle :D
