Any thoughts? Croz November 17th, 2007, 10:01 PM I'm left handed and I can lift more with my right arm, than I can with my left. Not sure why that is, but I've talked to others who said the same thing. Thermactor November 17th, 2007, 11:35 PM I am left handed and I just found out that my left bicep is 1" smaller than my right. (13" vs 14") :( goonie November 18th, 2007, 12:08 AM Outperformed by what degree? Had you performed other bilateral exercises leading up to the DB curls? It's possible your right side was fatigued from driving a majority of the work, even if you keep level bar path. I'll have this occur sometimes when I follow heavy chinups with unilateral work. Either way, probably nothing that crazy about it. PlainGreyT November 18th, 2007, 09:02 AM When I curl with my left hand even if the action is slowed I can still inch the weight upto my collarbone. With my right hand my arm kinda jerks inward so necessitating a lift with bad form or no lift at all. Granted the last time this happened I had a sore right shoulder, though I think this has happened before |
