I've been training for a bit now on a 3 day split but finding the workouts are a bit much.
Once I've done my back I've nothing left for my chest etc
Can anyone recommend a good 4 or 5 day split?

Need a lot more information from you to provide an informed recommendation.
What are the details of the split you have been doing? Exercises, sets, reps, etc.
What is your training age and body stats? What are your goals as they relate to strength, hypertrophy, or fat loss?
Give us an idea of your relative strength. 3 rep max for things like bench press, squat, or deadlift will do.

All 3 sets per exercise x6-8 reps
Monday = Deadlift, Pulldowns, Cable Row, Bench Press, Incline Press, Decline Press, 2 x ab exercises
Wednesday = Stiff Legged Deadlifts, Leg Curls, Squats, Leg Press, Leg Extension, Standing Calf Raises, 2 x Forearm exercises
Friday = Shoulder Press, Lateral Raise, Rear Lateral Raise, Shrugs, Close Grip Bench, Pushdown, Biceps Curls, Seated Curls, 2 x ab exercises
Bench = 45Kg x 3 Sets of 8
Squats = 50Kg x 3 Sets of 8
Deadlift = 80Kg x 3 Sets of 8
My main goal is mass building.
My BF% is 17% at 176LBS, might do a mini cut to get to 15% but main goal is to build lean muscle.
Hope this helps.
