Hey guys. So far as I have been doing this I have gotten some really great stuff back on the simple questions I have asked. Now I'm going to see if I can get the same response on what I'm doing. I'm about 5'5 and 135 pounds. No idea what my body fat is but hopefully not too high.
Diet:
Breakfast-South Beach protien bar and usually a banana. Orange Juice or water to drink.
In school snack-Usually take a granola or fruit bar type thing
Lunch-Turkey sandwich on honeyweat bread with lettuce and tamato. Fruit cup and usually chips.
After school snack- Usually yougurt or fruit(mostly oranges or apples)
Dinner- Usually some kind of meat or pasta with a side of veggies or rice.
Dessert(not most nights)-A low fat klondike bar or lowfat ice cream of some sort.

My workout is on a plan that my dad found and set up. He always does this workout with me.
Sunday
Bench Press 3x5 with 20 lbs on each side
Bent over rows 3x5 using a free bar
Squats 3x5 45 lbs
Sumo-style deadlifts 3x5 25 lbs
DB hammer curls 3X5 15 lbs DB
Standing calf raises 3x5 45lbs

Tuesday
Incline DB press 3x8 15 lbs DB
DB upright row 3x8 15 lbs DB
Front squats 3x8 45 lbs
good mornings 3x8 free bar
BB curl 3x8 free bar
Dips 3x8

Thursday
Decline BB bench 2x15 20 lbs
Chin ups 2x15
Step ups 2x15 holding 25 lbs
Deadlifts 2x15 25 lbs
Seated calf raises 2x15 25 lbs
DB lying triceps extentions 2x15 15 lbs

It will me switched up a little every 2 weeks but usually consisting of 4 workouts working multiple muscles at a time and two workouts focousing on one selected muscle. I jog about 30-45 minutes before each workout.

So that what I'm doing. Please make any suggestions ecspecially on the diet. Anything that might help me get stronger and hopefully get my 6-pack.

At 5'5'' and 135lbs I don't think you should worry about bodyfat too much

Seems like you've developed very good eating habits especially considering your age. Keep it up :tu:

My only real concern would be portion sizes. Be sure you eat enough and give your body fuel for lifting.

You also seem to have a very balanced exercise regieme going on also. What kind of cardio are you doing?

As far as getting abs I don't think your routine will need to change drastically to meet your goal. Just be patient and stick with it.

Sorry, but I think the diet is horrible! Intentions are good, but you need to revamp that puppy, otherwise you will not see any progress. How about ditching the protein bar for breakfast and having some eggs, fruit, oatmeal? For a snack, have some almonds, an apple, and if you can squeeze a yogurt in there, go for it! Ditch the chips for lunch, the turkey sandwich is fine as long as you are using a healthy bread. Instead of the fruit cup, can you have a banana, apple or any other type of whole fruit? My problem with fruit cups, is that they are usually packed in a sugary syrup. Instead of chips, why not some brown rice or some other form of complex carb? Dinner seems fine, and I would ditch the klondike bar or keep it as a very occasional treat. Throw in some cottage cheese before bed to keep your body fed throughout the night. You should definitely read the stickies and figure out how many calories you need and plan a menu around that. Good luck!
